Cook 1 h Total time 6-8 Servings Cooking instructions 1 Blend together the fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and sugar. 2 Pour oil into a skillet over medium-high heat and scramble the eggs. 3 Remove eggs and set aside. 4 Add garlic and scallions and fry until they get soft. 5 Add the sauce mixture from step 1, the crickets and the eggs back into the skillet, and warm thoroughly. 6 Cook and add the rice noodles to the skillet. 7 Add and toss the bean sprouts. 8 Top with peanuts, cilantro, and garnish with a lime wedge.
